Deputy President of the Personal Data Protection Office

As of 1 November 2022, Jakub Groszkowski fulfils the function of the Deputy President of the Personal Data Protection Office. He was appointed for this post by the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Jakub Groszkowski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He is also a graduate of the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw, where he obtained the Master of Business Administration degree. He also completed postgraduate studies at the National School of Public Administration. He is a university lecturer, speaker and co-organiser of national scientific conferences as well as author of publications on legal sciences.

Before taking up his duties as the Deputy President of the Personal Data Protection Office, he was Director of the Department of Jurisprudence and Water Management Control at the Ministry of Infrastructure, where, among other things, he was responsible for conducting administrative proceedings.
